These terms govern the website, and — as set out under Using the application during the pilot below — an individual’s evaluation use of the ClaimOS application. A firm’s use of the application on client matters is under its separate written agreement with us, and that agreement — not this page — sets out the licence, the service commitments and the data processing terms.

Pilot terms. While ClaimOS is in pilot, an individual may create an account to evaluate the application. Such use is subject to these terms and to our privacy notice, and is provided as is, for evaluation, without any service commitment.

Use of the application by a law firm on its client matters is under the firm’s written agreement with us, which governs the licence, service levels and data processing for that use. An account created from this site does not, by itself, create such an agreement.

Whether you evaluate the application or use it under a firm’s agreement, ClaimOS remains software: it organises evidence, performs published arithmetic and produces working documents. It does not give legal advice, and every output — every date, every entry, every bundle — is for you or your firm to check before it is relied on.

ClaimOS is document automation software licensed to law firms. PromptWorks AI Ltd is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and does not give legal advice. It is not a claims management company and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as a statement of the law or of any time limit that applies to a particular matter. If you need advice on a claim, take it from a solicitor or other qualified adviser.

Every matter, document, date, page reference and calculation shown on this site is invented for illustration. They are not real cases, not real people, and not the output of a calculation about anyone. Where a rule is named alongside an illustration, it is named to show what the software cites, not to advise on how that rule applies.

Statements about time limits and procedural changes describe our understanding at the date shown at the top of this page. Legislation and commencement dates change.
