We are the controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@promptworks.ai.

This notice covers this website. It does not cover the evidence and matter data held inside the ClaimOS application: where a law firm licenses ClaimOS, that firm is the controller for its own client data and we act as its processor under the data processing terms in its agreement with us. Those terms, not this page, govern that processing.

If you create an account from this site to evaluate the application during the pilot (see Using the application during the pilot in the terms of use), we hold your account details — your name, email address, and sign-in and two-step verification records — as controller under this notice, to provide and secure the account. Anything you upload while evaluating is processed on your instruction, by the services named under Where it goes below.

This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not build a profile of you, and nothing you do on these pages is shared with an advertising network.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. If you email us, we process the contents of your message and your contact details in order to reply.

These public pages set no cookies. If you sign in to the ClaimOS application, a single strictly necessary cookie holds your session — it is not used for tracking, and no consent banner is needed for it.

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which discloses your IP address to Google as part of that request. No other third party receives anything from these pages.

For server logs and site security, our legitimate interests in keeping the service available and safe. For correspondence, our legitimate interests in answering enquiries about our software, and where you are asking about becoming a customer, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded. Correspondence is kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as we need a record of the enquiry — for example to answer a later question about what was discussed — and is reviewed and deleted when it no longer serves that purpose.

This site is hosted on Railway. The application database is hosted by Neon in London, and evidence storage is on Cloudflare R2 in its Western Europe location. Where the application processes evidence text with a model, that request goes to Anthropic’s API; audio transcription and document text extraction use Microsoft Azure services. Those sub-processors relate to the application rather than to this website, and are set out in full in the data processing terms provided to licensing firms.

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@promptworks.ai and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first.
